ENVIRONMENTAL CHARTER OF TADAWUL FX

• ENERGY CONSUMPTION:
  In our offices we have installed state of the art detectors so that if a room is not occupied, even in our reception area, the lights are off. All our lights use low energy lamps to ensure the smallest possible consumption. Our air conditioning system is optimized to consume the least power whilst keeping our servers at the optimum constant temperature required.
• WATER:
  We are very careful with water usage, particularly in light of Cyprus water shortages so we have a rapid-stop system for taps in place.
• PAPER:
  • All paper used by TDFX comes only from 100% recycled paper.
  • All paper is recycled in the office and we use sophisticated CRM and file sharing software so we do not print emails or documents unnecessarily.
  • All internal correspondence is conducted via email only. For external correspondence traditional postal services or fax are only used when absolutely necessary eg for signatures.
  • Our customers are encouraged to adopt online account opening and electronic payments and to scan and email proof of identification.
• RECYCLING WASTE MATERIALS:
  • All office refuse is sorted and recycled, into dedicated recycling waste bins.
  • All electrical components are recovered. Rechargeable batteries are used wherever possible instead of disposable ones.
  • Toner and printer cartridges are recycled by specialist firms specializing in this area.
• TRANSPORT:
  All our company cars meet low emission requirements and our staff share cars on the way to work in order to minimize our impact on the environment. Some members of management also use their bicycles to come to work.
• PRODUCTS:
  We only use environmentally friendly biodegradable cleaning materials and products.
