Tadawul FX Limited is an Investment Firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission  (license No. CIF 103/09), the regulatory authority for the financial services industry in Cyprus.

Under CySec regulation, Tadawul FX abides by and complies with all regulations set by the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) in the European Union and its transposition in Cyprus with the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated markets Law of 2007 (Law 144(I)/2007). Tadawul FX Limited is a company established and registered according to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE231759.

All heads of departments of Tadawul FX Ltd undergo executive training in order to obtain the Certificates of Professional Competence from the Cyprus Ministry of Finance. The training includes CySEC legislation, legislation related to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Transparency Law, MiFID, Investor Compensation Fund etc.

MiFID is the result of the European Union's efforts to provide harmonised regulation for investment services with the EU with particular focus on increased efficiency, transparency and greater consumer protection.

MiFID requires us to categorise our clients and capture key information on client orders, to ensure our clients' best interests are protected. We are also required to take all reasonable steps to obtain the best possible result when executing an order for a client including cost, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement.

Tadawul FX is also a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, an initiative which safeguards the investments of our retail clients.
