Further to our successful CySec license in late 2009, we are pleased to announce that we have now also received our Financial Services Authority (FSA) Registration Number: 516667, and with this Tadawul FX is now duly included in the FSA Register in the UK.

As well as the FSA, we are happy to inform our clients that Tadawul FX has also been officially registered in Germany, by the regulatory authority BAFIN under Registration Number 123252.

TDFX has also secured several registrations and authorisations from other major European countries such as the Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg and we continue to work towards officially obtaining further authorisations and recognition of our approved status from other markets where our customers are located.

TDFX is also pleased to confirm that it has now received all available EU licenses and is able, today, to provide all Investment Services and undertake all Investment Activities throughout the European Union, being duly supervised and overseen by Europe’s strictest regulatory regimes. In this respect, TDFX is able to provide the strongest regulatory oversight and customer protection available to our sector today.
